Marea S.r.l. makes deliveries of orders on receipt of advance payment (bank transfer, credit card and paypal) at a fixed cost of € 8,50 and free for certain products on offer as indicated in our e-shop.
For deliveries to Calabria and Sicily there is a supplement of € 2,50 which will be calculated when the postcode is entered during checkout.
For deliveries to Sardinia there is a supplement of € 10,00 which will be calculated when the postcode is entered during checkout.
Foreign Shipments (Europe Zone 1) € 13,50: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands
(Europe Zone 2) € 22,00: France, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain (excluding The Canaries, The Balearics, Melilla), Sweden, England-Wales-Scotland (only from mainland), Portugal, Norway.
(Europe Zone 3) € 18,00: Switzerland, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Liechtenstein.
In some countries and areas, delivery costs can vary and in this case prior notification will be given to the customer.
– Shipment Times (from preparation to consignment to the courier service) are 24/48 hours from verification of payment.
– All our products travel with the Express courrier service GLS, and you will receive your order within 1-3 working days from shipment.
All products shown in our online catalogue are available immediately and will be checked and packed individually with the greatest care, in packaging that protects them in the best way.
At Marea S.r.l. our main objective is that our customers should be completely satisfied with their purchases.
Therefore, we offer you our satisfied or reimbursed policy extending the right of withdrawal to 30 days. If for whatever reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, to request an exchange or refund as per your statutory rights.
NOTE: Please note that these return conditions only apply if all the products are returned in perfect condition with all labels still attached, in the original packaging, and with any guarantees or instructions for use. How to carry out an exchange or refund
Products for exchange or refund must be sent within and not beyond 30 (thirty) days of receipt by registered mail, private courier or parcel service traceable by the Italian postal service to the following address:

Once the items have been received and the perfect condition of the products, labels, original packaging, guarantees and instructions for use, has been ascertained:
For refunds: we will credit the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs, within 48 hours. The refund will be made by bank transfer or credited to your paypal account. It will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide bank details of the account which will receive the bank transfer or the email address linked to the PayPal account. For exchanges: We will send out a new product within 48 hours. If the cost of the new product is less than the original order, we will at the same time refund the difference. If the cost of the new product is higher than the original order, shipment will be made within 48 hours of verification that the difference in cost has been paid by the customer.
The customer must inform us in advance of the products selected for exchange at the following address: email@example.com. All new shipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Marea S.r.l. reserves the right to reject changes and returns that do not meet the essential conditions of the integrity of the product,its packaging and / or its contents, or in cases where we ascertain: • damage to the product • the absence of integral elements of the product • the lack of the original external / internal packaging. In this case, we will return the purchased products to the sender, charging the shipping costs to them.
