320g of egg tagliatelle
A 315g jar of Marea Yellowfin Tuna Fillets
1 red pepper
300g of sweetcorn
A small white onion
In a non-stick pan, put the finely chopped onion, the pepper cut into thin strips, and a drop of olive oil: let them cook over a medium heat for a few minutes until the pepper is soft..
Meanwhile, cook the egg pasta in salted boiling water until ‘al dente’, then drain and add to the pan with the pepper and onion. Then add the Marea tuna fillets, roughly broken into large pieces, and the sweetcorn and mix together over the heat for a for a minute or so, for the flavours to mix together. Before serving, sprinkle over the chopped walnuts.
